Aww yes the old swap to paid to cash in on old people. What scum
not free
IE Tab was critical in setting up access to some older software that requires running in IE mode. I really appreciate that IE Tab exists for both Windows and Mac. The IE Tab works seamlessly, and the Blackfish staff were really helpful when I needed some help with a customer service question.
Do not work with local IP. Very strange
I was having trouble installing IE Tab on a remote computer. I sent an email to support . I was hoping to hear back from them within a day or two. I couldn't believe it when I received a response in a matter of minutes. After a couple of more quick responses, Don had me up and running. I would have given six stars if that were an option. Thanks again Don!
bad
paid, just for IE mode
Nice try
Great software add on did exactly what we needed it to do! Great customer service
It was free and working just fine, now it's hidden behind paywall. Goodbye.
This is great! So easy to use and integrated directly in Chrome. So what if it's a free trial, it's way cheaper than the stupid games you are all paying for, sheesh!
If you're looking for an alternative to IE Tab in Google Chrome (to render web pages that require Internet Explorer's engine), use Microsoft Edge (IE Mode) How to Use IE Mode in Microsoft Edge: Open Microsoft Edge. Go to Settings > Default browser. Enable Allow sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode. Reload any website and right-click to choose in the menu choose Reload in Internet Explorer mode, or set specific sites to always open in IE mode. Thanks me later
Use IE mode of Microsoft Edge browser instead of pay for this extension!
make foolish, dont install
having to pay a monthly subscription fee for something u use once a month and this used to be free earlier, very disappointing
A google chrome extension that you have to pay for!? I use this once a year and have done for years but now it's paid it's just not worth it.
used this extention free for cc camera web view. but now it was paid so disappointing.
Having to pay for a Extension let alone a monthly fee.
Used this for a few years. Chrome says this extension was "corrupted" , so clicked on repair. Now this wants money. Will go with another extension.
worst thing ever. cannot get it to work on newer models. unfortunately company whose software I need only works through this. WORST EVER
I am very disappointed with IE Tab
I use IE for my job as some of our software cannot be done in Edge or Chrome. For the IE Tab, I could do the same thing in Edge. I use Chrome as I am not a fan of Edge, so I do not like using the IE portion. I am not sure why this is not free and we have to pay for an extension. Very disappointed on how I have to pay to use IE. This needs to be converted back to being a free extension add-on.
The same thing can be done in Edge by using the system IEChooser exe built in Windows...This app had me reviewing a 5 when it was free. I would even pay a one-time fee to use it, but not a monthly fee lol... Appreciate the 6 years I used it for free and will to send you some cash for that time also. Having monthly fees on monthly services is not the future I want in computing.
Did not work with running JRE within IE tab for some older legacy management pages for iot devices onsite. To add to that, you're charging a yearly subscription for this? Lots of free versions, plus I'll go open edge and use IE Compatibility mode instead and save the $$. Way too much sorry guys.
Always helpful thanks
Used this previously free extension for many years and was greatful for it. Would have happily paid for it, BUT 20$ A YEAR?! Sorry, but that seems a moneygrab to me. Cannot see, that this is justified, especially since there other free ways to simulate IE.
Wow.. No warning to users and remove their previously free extension... Checked and its $19\user PER YEAR.. No ty.. UNINSTALL
It was really handy for viewing my home cctv cameras and had used it for years. I have now gotten a message that my "2 week trial" is up and they want to charge me $20 for a yearly licence! Not happy at all and would not be worth the money.
We've used this reliable extention for many years in conjunction with a security camera. Works without fault and customer service is instant and very helpful.
